From the emergency department to the operating room, to the fracture clinic and beyond, effective and efficient medical assessment and treatment is often the one factor standing between one’s setback and comeback.

Each year, the Foundation seeks and grants funds to purchase items from Georgetown Hospital’s urgent equipment needs list – some of these items are replacements for existing pieces that have reached the end of their lifespan, and others are brand-new to Georgetown Hospital, updating our technology and expanding our service offerings. This equipment is not funded by government and its purchase is entirely dependent on the generosity of our community.
